[Trident 4609]

Only 2 B5's on the 59 today instead of the usual three or four. The 6 Buses on there today are 4547,4556,4574,4584,5512 and 5513.

They allocated to each board as followed:

59/01-5512 (Same as Usual)
59/02-4547 (Same as Usual)
59/03-4584 (Same as Usual)
59/04-5513 (Same as usual)
59/05-4574 (Usually allocated a B5)
59/06-4556 (Can be allocated either a trident or B5 depending whether it is 4 B5's,2 Tridents or 3 B5's and 3 Tridents)


As Matt has stated in Branded Buses Off Route thread 529 branded 4599 is on the 126 today

Most of WN's Tridents in TWM Livery now have the NXWM logos applied apart from 4569/70/71/73 and the 126 branded tridents (4575/9/80/1/2/3) which makes me think these will possibly be the next WN Tridents in for repaint?

Maybe BN can say if this is correct?

May have asked this already? but once the 126 is debranded do you think it will receive a new branding, yes I know not all buses that are de-branded receive new branding all the time before people jump down my throat  ::)

I would like to see the 126 branded Tridents with NXWM logos. It will be a shame when the last branded Trident is repainted, the end of that style of branding, which was so widespread 8 years ago

I would like to see the 126 branded Tridents with NXWM logos. It will be a shame when the last branded Trident is repainted, the end of that style of branding, which was so widespread 8 years ago

Well BN said to me not long back to watch the 126 branded tridents (Refurbs thread) so i think they will go in for paint soon? 4569/70/1/3 are the only unbranded TWM livered Tridents to still have the TWM logos so wonder if these are next?

Also one thing to mention after some close observation i have seen that the 255/6 interwork on Sundays however the problem is the 255 times have been changed significantly to enable it to interwork with the 256 meaning the Wolverhampton-Penn Rd have now lost its joint Sunday 30 Minute frequency (255/6) with the 255 leaving at 45 past the hour and 256 (Still does) leave W'ton 15 past the hour but yhey now depart within 10-15 minutes of each other.

I was going to mention that when I saw 2009 in Merry Hill at 1610 on the 255 having already caught it at Wordsley at 1400 to Stourbridge on the 256.

Also i caught 2003 on the 3 today however i saw it on the 4 tonight however i was never aware any journies that interworked between the 3/4.

Never noticed it on a Sunday daytime unless certain boards go onto the 4 during the evening? Where would the 4 interwork with the 3/6? Pendeford/Wobaston end?

Also one thing to mention, I was on 2066 on the 3 yesterday and instead of going straight up Market Street the driver accidentley turned up Bilston Street into the Bus Station into the 6 stand presumably thinking she was still driving a 6 (3/6 interwork)

Most of the 126 branded Tridents now have the NXWM logos, the front branding had been taken off and the logo applied there. There was no logos on the sides by the purple circle.
