@Tony I've noticed a lot of the WN 2XXX B7RLE's have had the O/S panel to the right of the emergency exit replaced.

I can't imagine these are all accident damage, so are these just vulnerable panels susceptible to rust/other defects?

The 400EV hasn't been delivered yet, and none of the BYD's parked at WN have moved

Why was it sitting there for at least 40 minutes then with its hazards on?

After a look at bustimes.org tracking, it was actually an hour sat in the Wrenna. It did go onto the 11 after deadrunning to Wolverhampton, but there was clearly an issue with the vehicle. I saw it sat there with just the driver onboard in the cab.

Police incident, Passenger incident, driver incident? If you just 'went past it' how do you know there was something wrong with the bus?
