Well with everything there are exceptions to the rule, overall I much prefer Volvo/Wright products but currently on 4572 and it has to be the best Trident I've been on, it is so so smooth and hardly any body rattle at all, all it needs is a refurb and it will be brilliant

Tbh 4572 isn't a bad Voith trident at all. 4575 and 4578 are the best WN Voith by far (4575 for speed and 4578 for sound)

Is it likely that 600 will return to service? Also has anybody seen 598 recently?

What happened to 600 Ashley? I've seen 600 recently, not 598 though.

I've definitely seen it less than a month ago in Wolverhampton

Ok then, maybe not a month but for a number of weeks 600 hasnt seen any use other than a shunt round the yard

Must be hope for it, it's not gone to Miller Street or the Car Park yet!
Pensnett is my local garage. Favourite bus of all time is Fleetline 6360 (KON 360P).

Do the AM peak 126s go out of service in Birmingham? There were a few Tridents heading back up the Hagley Road not in service the other day, would have thought it would make sense to do another trip back to Wolverhampton? I think this would have been about 9 to quarter past.

Just checked the timetable, and there don't appear to be any journeys into Birmingham on the 126 which don't have a corresponding journey back to Wolverhampton, were they definately WN ones?

Might be running late ones? AVL adjustment? Especially at that time.

One thing Daimler Mercedes Benz are good at is producing excellent Diesel engines, I do miss the sound of the 0405n for all its faults you couldn't knock that 12 litre engine.

They were probably late running 126s which went out of service and travelled back to Wolverhampton to start the next service from there. That happens sometimes
