4313 after coming back from WA garage yesterday went on school service 711 and the had a paper fight with the on broad daily metro some the inspectors had to clean the bus up so it could work on route

How many (if any) of the non 1 branded B5s still have the slogans on? I don't think I saw any when I was up there the other day.

I noticed the former 1 branded ones still had the red on the front and "up to every" on the side, I wonder if that was deliberate? (22/23 branding?)

All of 5510-18 have their lettering/branding. However as you say 5515-18 still have the red surrounding the destination and 'Up to every' letting on the window

There's probably absolutely nothing in this but 5504 and 5509 have both lost their 'Electric Hybrid Bus' logos on the front upper windscreen.

5510-18 have had the 'Electric Hybrid Bus' lettering on the upper windscreen removed also.

Basically to reword that there was an incident aboard 4313 yesterday whilst operating the 711 school service which involved lots of newspaper thrown across the bus (A paper fight) . Inspectors bagged up the scrunched up paper (There was lots of it) and it went back to resume service on the 256

In other news Posters have now gone up on buses for WN garage open day (Same style to the posters for the AG/YW open day)

5513 has lost it's "turning the black country green" slogans

His favourite Trident 4609 also has one of the big stickers

4313 back at WN and on the 255 today. Well, it was until 1835 ish

I am aware of all of the above but thanks anyway :) 4313 worked 255/19 which works a 711 school trip beforehand.

4609's Advert says 'Buses across the West Midlands every few minutes'

And i'm already aware of the contents of that particular running board as you've publicised it on the forum many times

Also a simple way to have avoided said paper fight would be to just dispose of the papers or put them in the cab

I'd imagine it will be within the next few weeks with WN's B5's prepared ready for transfer to BC and it seems BC have made a start on the E400H's

@Nathan what is it that BC have done to their E400Hs? I haven't noticed anything different on any and I've seen a few of them today.

I hear there were a few E400H's parked in garage this afternoon (May be why there were 2 Tridents and a B7 on the 1). I wonder what was wrong?

@Mike K, I thought i had read on here that some of the BC E400H's had had lettering removed but must be seeing things ;)  Think i need a good nights sleep ;)  It has been a long day ;)

I'd imagine they will make a start on preparing BC's E400H's soon though

Cheers @uniquicity :) I forgot about that until you mentioned ;) Only the B5's at BC have 'Turning Birmingham Green' on the exterior.
