There were some dodgy sounds coming from the rear axle this afternoon on the 82. Also didn't sound too healthy and an engineer was revving it in Dudley whilst on layover.

Wasn't an engineer matt. Either another driver helping or an inspector

Silly me of course it wasn't, not sure why I said it was.

To be honest it probably won't be out again for a few days

Finally rode 581 at WN today, on the full 62 to Finchfield and back, although the 62 isn't a particularly hilly route I am glad to report that 581 is still doing its unique scream, so glad to hear it again after all those weeks :)

The hills on Lower street/henwood road and finchfield Hill are enough to give the 62 some variety, glad you found your bus in service, i wasnt so lucky

Well the main target is to get 581 on the 27, the hilly nature of that route would bring 581 into its element!

I saw it monday lunchtime on a 62A. I was told yesterday they still havent decided about 582 so could be parked in WN or PN garage for all we know

I guessed that but was wondering why?
