Maybe it could be moved. But it's also 20 years old. There could be all sorts wrong with it. (Posted same time as Tony's message above, so that's that answered) And is there actually a 'shortage' at Walsall? They're 20 buses in surplus aren't they?

Yes, nowhere near enough Deckers as the hydrogens have been struggling to get out for months. Hence why there's loads of Singles on Birmingham services. So there is a shortage of Doubles there.

A 22+ year run is pretty impressive, definitely one of the best bus types around in the last 20 years. These beasts will be missed for sure.

Yes, BC asked if they could use them today as they had extra buses out on the cricket, but 4469, 4470, 4471 & 4625 are all being stripped of equipment tomorrow ready for sale leaving just 4473 fit and that could also be going to the same buyer
