Didn't realise at the time but it looks like two additional X21 journeys have also been added Mon-Fri from City too (8:10 short to Weoley Castle and 8:30 short to Uni Station which appears appears go onto the 25 after).

Also if bustimes is accurate doesn't appear to be much interworking anymore.
Local Routes: 002, 39/39A, X21, 46, 76.

They've had them for ages now, I remember them having them for it since last April. Only the 14 and the Washwood Heath Road services at BC are the only services to not have them.

No, don't think they'd do them for a tendered service...

Gareth

What's an NSA?

Ah, just come to me. Next Stop announcement?

Getting a bit sick of buses leaving stops early now. This time it was the 10:40 X21 from Weoley Castle Square leaving at 10:37. May not sound like much but it can be the difference between catching your bus or not and when you have 20 minutes wait for the next one it's not ideal.
Is this sort of thing acceptable now then? Drivers can just leave whenever they feel like it because they can't be bothered to wait their time.
Local Routes: 002, 39/39A, X21, 46, 76.
Localish Routes: 18, 23, X22.

theyre could be several reasons why a driver leaves early he may have been told by control too leave early because they're is a delay further down maybe them 3 minutes could make a difference

There shouldn't be any reasons why a driver leaves early.

Remember there could be a timing difference between your watch/device & the drivers etm. The ETM time is the drivers Bible even if it is incorrect the driver should be running to it

Yep, or at my work, if the tacho is slow, a coach doesn't depart until it reaches the departure time on there. If it's slightly fast, then it'll depart based on the actual time.

There's not really much excuse on service buses these days with Ticketer/Init machines, both of which show the time along with an indicator on if you're early, on time or late.

Any views/comments are my own and do not reflect those of my employer.

As Steve said, ticket machines can be slightly inaccurate

5504 is on the 94/95 this afternoon. I believe this to be the first time one has appeared on these routes.
Definitely not.
5511 was on on the 94/95 several weeks ago on the board that does the 891 school service. That being one of several that have appeared. The first I recall seeing was in March 2020 AM peak 94 BC board.

None have ever done the X12/X13 I think though, as far as I know.
