Noticed this evening while on 4779 on an outbound 94. A trident heading the otherway along Nechells Parkway and Jennens Road towards the City Centre on the 94 at about 17:15. Fleetnumber was 4442 I think.

Presumably BC now run a PM peak board on the 94. Does anyone know which journeys BC operate?
BC used to have an AM peak board, does this still run?

I also noticed today that some of the X1 destination displays seem to have changed recently. As they now display. LIMITED STOP via Airport. Whereas they used to display via Airport & NEC.
Local Routes
94/95, 11A/11C, 28.

Most likely on the little service road just off Bradford road , that brings you back on to the island back towards brum

Yes have seen them parking there. This was the old BCT 56 terminus from way back.

I don't see the need for the X12 and X70 to interwork.

I believe the X70 isn't technicallly a platinum route anymore was taken off the marketing map sometime ago.

Random question where are these x70 short journeys laying over , surely they will cause congestion laying over outside the BP? Do they park up near the motorway 28/71 stop maybe?
I saw Pride Bus 4905 parked up at the 28/71 bus stop just up from the motorway island about 10:45 with X70 part route. @monkeyjoe @broma1k. I assume that is where they layover unless it depends on the driver & where they are told to park

That makes more sense.

I saw a Crimson branded Trident on Damson Lane yesterday (11th). I've heard through the forum that the X12 is going to BC? Could this have been a BC trident doing route training or are my sums of 2+2 just not making 4?

It is going to Birmingham Central But there's been rumours that 7520-7528 are leaving Acocks Green and are for the X12.If that's the Case what is going to happen with 6701-6711
Local Bus Routes: 4, 4A, A15, A16, 41,1,11A,11C, A9, A12

We can only speculate.

AG will need Platinums for the Stratford Road services (the 5 and whatever it may become in future). Around 10 at a guess.

Makes sense to send the newer examples to BC as they're not standard at AG (due to Drivetrain).

That'd mean debranding the 67** batch.

Again, we can only speculate.

Its been confirmed that 7515-7528 and 7529-7533 are going to Birmingham Central.
Dissapointed as 7525-7528 were transfered in July.

To be honest every single AG driver I know doesn't like these Platinums, especially when compared to the 67** batch, so good riddance I guess. The stop start is presumably the downfall on these as a driver.
