Don't judge me until you've walked in my size ten shoes.

The C wood rumours were on face book at the start of the year. If it's 5 years will probably take that long for East Brum to get it's fair representation of investment. No doubt the usual areas would have had at least two lots of upgrades in that period.

23/24 branded 6872 is on the 10 this evening - a real blast from the past seeing a NX / West Midlands double decker on the 10 again.

They've all been deckers haven't they? Unless that's just the 10H.

Both buses on the morning 10 go onto the 10H so are usually double deckers, One of the buses on the afternoon 10 comes off the 10S so is an E200 mini.. the other one comes from depot so i'd imagine is booked anything that's spare.

WMT3000

First appearance of a trident on the 36 today - 4625.

I've only seen a couple since NXWM took over - the other was 756.

Seeing 6872 on there took me back to the days when it was a proper 7 days a week double deck operated service running at up to every 15 mins in the day. After 1989/90 it was mainly single deck operated and by the time the Mercedes 0405Ns were being cascaded from BC, and Presidents took over (with short lived attempts at keeping it running as routes 110 and 102) it was dying a slow death as a service.

The driver of my 23 home this evening 6866 took an impromptu turn up Lordswood Road thinking he was on a 24, much to the bemusement of passengers. A sharp u-turn at the Court Oak Road island put things right.

Are BC operating the Solihull JLR now.
I think I saw a BC coach on Lode Lane this morning displaying JLR Solihull?
Local Routes

5512 on the 23 back to town. The announcement still have the voice of Phil Upton! It was quite nostalgic, I wonder if they will ever update them or add them to the 61/63?
23 - Bartley Green
76 - Northfield
X20 - Birmingham Via Longbridge, Northfield & QE Hospital / University

The traffic lights at bottom of Moor St and Priory junction are beyond a joke. Waited over 2 mins there coming in and the same going back out.

What's going on with 4905? It looks all colourful as if it's getting ready for Birmingham pride, even though that's over a month away.
