4 buses BC-garage 1
3 buses garage 1 - garage 2 (+1 withdrawn)
3 different buses garage 2 - garage 3
1 bus garage 3 - garage 4 (+2 withdrawn)
1 bus at garage 4 withdrawn

A lot of work goes into the cascade plan, so 4 new buses at BC replace 1 at garage 1, 2 at garage 3 & 1 at garage 4.

Now if anyone could work out which garages they do deserve a prize

3 ALX B7 PB to WA
1 Trident WA to WN

That's my guess. Probably miles off too.

I read that to say that 3 buses are going to garage 2, but 3 different buses (could be all 1 type or 2/3 types) were then going to garage 3.

Not sure, sorry. But if it helps, i'm en route to Coventry, and have just got to Parkhill Drive. I only saw another going Birmingham bound, on the Small Heath Highway. Not sure if any others are out... I saw plenty of Euro V E400s today.
