I guess it depends on whether you include the 29/A (which you should do as the route is the same). However, the timetables aren't co-ordinated so technically it should say 20 buses an hour. Anyway, it looks good so who gives one?

As well as 5510, 5514 has gained branding and seen on the 24 today. Finally!

Looks like the entire ex-WN batch will receive this. 5518 has the remnants of the red branding and it looks like all of them have been pre-prepared by WN to receive the new Harborne branding.

Not entirely clear where the every 4 minutes comes from though? 22/23 are every 7-8 mins and the 24 is every 10 mins. If you add the 29/A which follow an identical route to Harborne Junction, they are also every 10 mins.

5404/5/6 all out on the 22/23 today, I would imagine tomorrow will be their last day at BC.

I'd have though the 4 would've applied to the 22/23 only. I know for sure the 24 is every 10 minutes, to be honest, I'd have though the branding should've said up to every 10 mins or 15 mins...

Whilst talking about 54**, bettert catch a ride before they go. Also, been able to spot inside the ex-WN buses... Still got the 1 Branded E400s on the Next Stop screens.

Being the geek I am, looking at the timetable of all the Harborne routes, you should get a bus between Harborne and Birmingham every 1-5 minutes, every 4 minutes seems logical, although technically, the branding could read up to every minute ::). Of course, this is a different story on Saturdays, when the 29 & 29A run every half hour each, creating a combined 15 minute frequency.

Blimey haha, didn't realise there was a white "spoiler" (you mis-spelt it @Liverpool Street ;) - unless it was French for spoil), until someone quoted it.

Oh bish Liam, me and my lack of half a brain! (Actually, there is some truth in that)

Unless of course, 4139 is on a route of which enters the city, but not BC.

@Liverpool Street, I think I understand the clue. Will PM you.

The new branding looks half decent IMO , does any one know the reasoning why the Volvo b5h have all come central and the enviro went to wolvo . As far as I know there are  no enviro 400 at wolves where as Central has them .

The reason Tony gave against the swap going in the opposite direction was that the numbers didn't match, however I don't see why they couldn't have sent the 9 B5s along with 3 Tridents (e.g. 4610-12) up Wolves in exchange for their 12 Enviro hybrids.

WN have 12 E400H's mate all branded for the 1 (5410-21)

@Matt, If you transferred 9 B5's Tridents over from BC then there will be 3 less hybrids at WN. There are something like 19 boards altogether on the 1 in the week so then there wouldn't be enough hybrids to cover all boards.

I suppose also it keeps one type of hybrid at each garage thus reducing the amount of types of bus operated by each garage.

Why on earth would you want to do that and cause an imbalance in the number of vehicles which remember are partly paid for from the Green Bus fund for particular services.

If the "Green Bus Fund" really is that restrictive, that is ridiculous. Normally I'd say it's too much like common sense for NX, but I suppose in this case it isn't entirely their fault

Why would you want to do the swop the other way anyway when the numbers match doing it this way. It will also mean Wolverhampton has no Volvo products by the end of the year which also makes a lot of sense as Alexander Dennis have a base at park Lane

For the standardisation of Enviro products at Central, something which I don't agree with but NX seem to be obsessed with.

And Wolves' shedload of Volvo B7s? ???

Unless, for a conspiracy theory, wolverhampton are to get some enviro singles and Pensnett get some of the wolverhampton Volvo b7s to replace Mercs?

So what are you going to replace the B7RLEs with st BC if you are going to standardise BC on AD products?
