The X2S did run, It was a Trident I saw it leave Birmingham as usual when I got off my train.

@Tony that's an earlier one I think. The 08:09 X2S starts at Yardley Swan, and comes from the garage, so you wouldn't have seen it in City Centre I don't think.

I assume they wanted someone on the bus.
Looked it up, looks like it was stopped for passenger safety reasons. "With reports a woman had been chased by armed men".

X70 now has next stop announcements now noticed today on 7525

Will Harborne/University platinums gain the platinum adverts on the ceilings at any point, like the other branded ones, as these ones are still bare after nearly 3 years branded for their current routes?

Intrigued by what? They'd be the same as the ones that were already on the other routes I would have thought?
E.g X20 to Birmingham. Next Stop University Station for Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Next Stop: Gilldown Place, etc

Are they uploaded on every BC platinum as I know some buses before didnt have X12 updated etc

4622 on the 14 has had a small ad frame removed and replaced with a large frame. Where the small one has been removed some of the White/Blue of its TWM livery has appeared on it.

Also 4572 on the 14 has a big Unlimited on a blue background on the back upper deck window which looks like it belongs on one of the price branded tridents.

6855-57 & 6890-92 are the same from that batch in that respect.

Two buses that haven't been used this year are now back in use

5502 ventured out for the first time on Monday
4441 has come out on the X1/X2 this afternoon

What year is this depot likely to close in?
Also if new depot is to be in Kitts Green, sounds like it won't to be very far from the old Lea Hall one and likewise somewhere on or near the 14 route.

Just trying to think where in Kits Green area where would be a suitable location? Garretts green lane industrial estate. Also thinking out loud if they found big new locations in longbridge / kitts green. Could this be an opp to save more money and shut either, Yw or AG.
