Do the X20/X22 interwork all day or only at certain times?

Based on the current summer timetable at least, it looks like it's just evenings and Sundays.

Well I'm sure a X20 turned into an X22 this morning.

Well maybe some other peak journeys do, I haven't looked at the timetable in much detail but based on a quick look - during the daytime it looks like they don't inter-work, evenings and Sundays they do.

BC X22 - 6827.

Why is a platinum on a platinum route noteworthy @2206?

Aren't spare Platinums used on the X21?
Spare platinums are used on the 60.
As far as I'm aware they're only used on the X21 on Sundays, its B7RLE operated Monday to Saturday.

Spare Platinums are also used on the X70 on weekends if you've forgotten...

I haven't forgotten that they're used on the X70 at weekends, just didn't realy see the relevance/need to mention it.
As its a Monday today.

I don't get why BC put their spare Platinums on the 60 instead of the X21 and X70, doesn't make sense to me at all.

Why does it matter what route they use them on? I don't see why its any better to put them on the X21 and X70,
yes you can say the X20, X22 and X12 on the same corridor use platinums but you could use the same argument for the 60 - the X1 and X2 on the same corridor use platinums.
I'm sure the passengers on the 60 don't mind that a platinum is being used on the 60.
What doesn't make sense, why should they use them on the X21 and X70?

The X21 is included in the route branding on a set of Platinums, I'd say that was a pretty good reason!

Not really. Usually the 60, 61/63 or the 45/47 before the X21 gets a look in.

I'd agree that the X21 being part of a Platinum branded corridor but not having Platinum vehicles is a bit strange, and I wouldn't be surprised if it's a short term thing until the next new Platinums are delivered. This might free up some to convert the X21. I can't see B7RLEs remaining at BC and on the X21.

In all honesty I can see the X21 going the same way as the X64 due to half-arsed attempts at it. NX are probably wanting it to fail.
