That is normal for a Sunday. A mixture of Unbranded E400's and Tridents on the Sunday 60 from my observation :)

4149 on what looked like route learning duty today as I seen it Sheldon heading for the airport then about 15-20 minutes later 4149 returned from the airport so possibly route learning for the 900 for the new bus road leading into the airport. :)

One thing Daimler Mercedes Benz are good at is producing excellent Diesel engines, I do miss the sound of the 0405n for all its faults you couldn't knock that 12 litre engine.

Oh, sorry for the double post but I think this needs bringing to the top.

A closed source has stated that 4190 has gained an £8 family ticket advert above the passenger doors where branding should be.

But I suppose no one is interested as it isn't in Pensnett.

I'll keep an eye out for 4190 that'll be interesting to see :)

Might be wrong but wasn't 4190 recovered by tow truck from new street station this morning with a diesel leak? Fire brigade had to be called.

Whilst waiting for my (20 minute late) 24, there were 2 E400's on the 22 (4905 & 4907), in related news, 4897 was on the 829 this morning also.

I was waiting in town, with those 'realtime' bus stops... It kept saying that the bus will be there in 1 minute, one bus was meant to be there at 7:55, the next at 8:05. I ended up getting the bus at 8:15. Unless the realtime information was wrong. (I was waiting at the Art Gallery Stop on Edmund St)

The 7:45 was on time, the 7:55 was 10 late, the 8:05 was 7 late, so there was a 20 min gap, but no bus was 20 late

I must have miscalculated then. i didn't see the 8:05 bus behind the 7:55 bus until I got to Ridgacre Road Tesco. I may be wrong, but could boarding have taken a while?
