On NX bus twitter page  it says all 22 buses are now in service on the 50 service

I had a trip on a 50 service earlier in the week from mid-day and I saw all new stock from 6902 to 6914  and 6134/35/40 total (16) there was no sign of any
of the 6893 to 6901 group.  are they still destined to go to YW?  or where /when are we likely to see them in service?
Mind the Gap.....?:-)

Are the MMCs really noteworthy on the 27? In my experience, there always seem to be one on there whenever I've seen it, albeit not very often.

Apologies if the question came off as condescending; I didn't mean for it to be.

Always seems to be one on there when I see the route but could just be my luck  ;)

There always seems to be a Scania or two on the 6 too so I guess it's potluck.

From my own observations, the 27 has gone back to being mostly OmniLink operated, though there was a period when the E200s were quite common.

As the 27 can only use single-decks, its probably fair to assume that it wouldn't be unusual to see an E200 on there.
My locals:
2 - Birmingham to Maypole | 3 - Birmingham to Yardley Wood
11A/C - Birmingham Outer Circle | 27 - Yardley Wood to Frankley
76 - Solihull to Northfield | 169 - Solihull to Kings Heath

6893 - 6901 should start entering service next week.

6893; 6900 are almost ready; 6901 is being worked on, I have just taken 6899 to BC for that one to be started today

Thanks tony. I was beginning to think they had a major problem of some sort.   Can I assume that all of the PE allocations are/soon will be in service ?    may I ask on which route(s) (other than the 9) are they likely to be seen in service please?  thanks.

X10, for which some will be branded for.

2230 - 18
2241 - 18, taken off now
2244 - 18
2237 is on the 18, also. Judging by the amount that I've seen today, is it still a noteworthy allocation or is it a daily occurrence?

I'm not on the 18 often.

Would this mean the 6 is getting more Double Deckers?

The 18 generally seems to produce any type whenever I see it. A few MMC200s, E400s and Scanias
often to be seen, not all on same day though usually! Certainly wouldn't call it noteworthy

Isn't the 18, YW's 'anything' route?

Thought so, you could include the 6 I guess, but since the frequency changed it doesn't see that many Deckers like it did.
