They were fine - rode 1408 only a few weeks ago and still seemed a solid bus - credit to Wright's build quality.

I was just about to post that Liberator9, 1408 is in fantastic condition for a bus of its age!

1406 makes a horrible noise when the doors open. On most Liberator the doors are more quieter when being opened. 1408 is driven using a hole in the floor.

Shame to have lost them at YW now - was hoping for a rare working on the 76 at some point over the last year - but that never did, or will happen now. I much prefer the Liberators to the recent Enviro 200 arrivals.
