so if it was in Halesowen at 08:05, then i think it worked the following,

08:05 Halesowen to Dudley arr 08:32 (241)
08:38 Dudley to City arr 09:27 (140)
09:35 City to Dudley arr 10:22 (140) not really in time to make 10:23 241,

therefore i think it makes

10:38 Dudley to City Centre arr 11:27 which puts it on course to be at Halesowen for 16:05.

Ahh that's where I got confused then, I assumed it would go straight onto that 241! Thanks Stu :)

Would say the 10:23 Dudley to Halesowen is operated by the bus that works the 09:10 Birmingham to Dudley that arrives at 09:57.
