17/10/15 - County Connecta Day... In Redditch!

DIA: X3 > Kidderminster > Redditch (30202, V463 TVV) - One word: HELLFIRE!!! the driver certainly wasn't hanging around but I do love the sound of Dart's being thrased it is hard to believe that around 3 weeks ago 30202 was on loan to Tividale and in service on the 50, 4H & 301/02 as I hadn't been on it for a while I had forgotten how good it was!! :D

When I got to Redditch I then spent the rest of the day with my mate who is a driver in there basically going round in circles on "The Track" as it is known by locals hence why the list below is practically the same!  ::)

DIA: 57 (anti-clockwise) > Redditch Bus Station > Matchborough > Redditch Bus Station (30884, SJ04 DVL) - This bus was not very good at all it kept jumping out of gears and revving like mad although according to the engineers at Redditch "it's fine"..

DIA: 58 (clockwise)  > Redditch Bus Station > Matchborough > Redditch Bus Station (30851, BU08 DBX) - Halfway through this journey my mate turns to me and tells me that he had a problem with the bus and told me that he was going back into the depot to change it when he got back into the bus station.

DIA: 57 (anti-clockwise)  > Redditch Bus Station > Matchborough > Redditch Bus Station (30857, BU08 DHO) - This was the replacement bus my mate got given to use.

Then my mate finished just after 9pm and he dropped me off back home.

Very good day tbh albeit going round and round in circles I guess in the long run a Diamond Network Ticket would of been slightly cheaper but I enjoyed myself none the less.
