Looks like I wasn't the only one that went to London today! Didn't go exactly to plan due to the protest march meaning a lot of the places I wanted to visit had roads closed and buses on diversion

7am NX410 - London Victoria
Victoria Line - London Victoria - Oxford Circus
Central Line - Oxford Circus - Liverpool Street
Circle Line - Liverpool Street - Aldgate (wanted to have a look around Aldgate Bus Station but it was closed). (Would have been a lot easier if the District and Circle line wasn't closed between Aldgate and Gloucester Road for engineering works)
Walked to Tower Hill
Stagecoach London LT*** - 15 to St. Pauls Cathedral
Walked to Bank (Where the protest was starting, so quickly carried on to Liverpool Street Station (Wanted to look at the bus station there but many buses using it were on diversion!)
Central Line - Liverpool Street - Holborn
Walked to Covent Garden for the LT Museum Shop
Piccadilly Line - Leicester Square - Green Park
Walked up to Piccadilly Circus and then onto Oxford Circus (spent nearly 2 hours walking down to Marble Arch and back getting pics of LTs and other buses)
Victoria Line - Oxford Circus - Victoria
5pm NX410 - back to Digbeth
8.02pm 997 back to Beeches Road (Thankfully it was a few minutes late!)

Trent Barton | i4 > Derby Bus Station -  Nottingham Broadmarsh Bus Station (326) YJ12GWE ( A good Thrash! )

( We did some spotting at Broadmarsh Bus Station then moving on to the Railway Station and got some photos of a East Midlands Trains HST and 222016 which had 40 mins of layover before it was due to depart to Kettering so I had a little nosey onboard. We then decided to walk across the city to Victoria Bus Station so we could spot some more Nottingham City Transport buses. )

( We spent over an hour in Derby we got some lunch and then we went back to Derby bus station to do some more spotting. I must admit that the Trent Barton drivers are very friendly lots of waves and thumbs up from the drivers. ) ( @Alex had to leave early. So he court the 44 to Derby Railway Station on Arriva (4220) FJ58KXU. Meanwhile I stayed at Derby Bus Station and took photos of buses till the battery ran out on my camera. ::) )
