2154 to PE because replace to 4816!!


Anyone 10 ADL E400 will receive a branding on which one 8 8A or 10 route ????

Seen 4890 in Pool Meadow Bus Station Not in Service while I was waiting for 4425 on the 09:45 900 Journey to Birmingham

4888 has entered service today and is currently on its way to Leamington on the 11

That's good but NOT unusually! If E400 with branded on 11/12 that will unusually.

It's quite unusual for it to be in service at all, whether on the 11/12 or not, given this is its first day out!

4889 entered service today on the 07:45 route 11 to Leamington Spa. Should work 12:45, 15:15 to Leamington Spa and later journeys to Warwick Uni on route 12.

4888 is on 6/A today.

Yep, if 8 and 8a are sisters and 9 and 9a are sisters, then 8(a) and 9(a) are cousins.
They both go Rail Station -> City Centre -> Ansty Road, but then there are differences at both ends.

Although the colour of the branding may be the same, I presume passengers will be able to distinguish routes by the 8/8A using double deckers & 9/9A using single deckers

Winston...you really are a 'mine' of information!!...if you were around in the thatcher 'Era' you would have been closed down! ;D.   I didn't realise plaxtons made 'deckers'?... their place is part of a small trading estate a few miles short of scarboro' town, I went there to collect an emergency replacement (coach) window many years ago. Do you have Any idea what their share of the market is these days? :-\
