Very sensible idea of NX to do that - Merry Hill is a complete nightmare at times - problem is that whilst the demand for the shopping centre has increased, the existing road infrastructure has failed to keep up. Same issue in Solihull I notice - further plans to expand Touchwood, but a failure to improve the surrounding infrastructure down by the bypass or around the town centre (granted Poplar Road and Lode Lane are being done). Anyway I'll shut up - going off topic!
