Buses on loan

Wouldn't it make sense for BY to just transfer 1836 to pb as they seem to have plenty of spare buses whilst PB have a shortage!
Also why do pb only borrow bc's 14 plate enviros and not the unbranded 13 plate ones? And they don't seem to borrow wb or any other depots enviros regularly?

They have borrowed at least one of the 290x 13 plate ones too.

I would imagine BC is the garage with a bit of spare capacity to lend them a bus or two.

YW's Scanias are doing well reliability wise - still mainly Scanias on the 6 today despite the 3 on loan, and some on the 27.
