4151 is showing as dead at the back of PL since 4/1/16 (which could be wrong) but every 9 running boards has a Pensnett bus showing against it.

If it is at Pensnett I need to report its tracking as defective

Yes, i'm sure. I've been sent this. If it helps, it worked board 9/25. Ticket machine failed apparantly so may have been swapped/taken off before end of of board.
