Renumbering and re-registering it is just unnecessary. No members of the public would know or care that it was that bus. I can see why it would be transferred to another garage, but an identity change is pointless. 4824 was also involved in a fatal incident and it wasn't renumbered, re-registered or transferred.

It might not be to you, but other people may have different feelings. A decision has been made what is happening, and I will post it on here when it actually happens, but can we leave this subject there for now please.
