It does a loop around Ashmore Park then heads back to Wolverhampton. A 59E would terminate in Ashmore Park and run back dead

If you look at the timetable, the 59 is a Wolverhampton to Wolverhampton service, so if a bus terminates at Ashwood Park, it is a 59E
