US School Bus used to be really profitable the same as NXWM / WMT & it was Phil White who took NX Group in to US School Bus & acquired ALSA. 

It is using so much debt / covid / Dean Finch post Cobid rights Issue/ poor management decisions & not having a handle on the business that has left the Group in the mess it in.

It seems that nx are in favour of Franchising in the west midlands does this mean mobico might sell up before the start of it?

If there in favour why would they sell, nobody is going to want to buy it as they may finish without any routes after franchising
