PD0001111/697 - WEST MIDLANDS TRAVEL LTD T/A TRAVEL WEST MIDLANDS, 51 BORDESLEY GREEN, BIRMINGHAM, B9 4BZ
Cancellation Accepted: Operating between Pheasey Church and Hamstead Village given service number 651 effective from 28-Apr-2013.

What garage and buses operate the 651 - appears to be cancelled?

The 651 is being replaced with an extension of WB's 46 from Scott Arms in to Pheasey

Where did you find that? Seems a bit strange, makes sense I suppose but still, strange

ah right, just seen it meself... That now means there will be a different 46 in pheasey... Oh dear
On the plus side though, now goes via galton bridge station as well, could be quite handy for me

Also just seen on there that the 99 has a route change in the welsh house farm estate, assuming which roads it means then im glad because some of those roads are a bit tight

Is the 46 being amended to serve Smethwick Galton Bridge? Because it doesn't currently

Ok, thanks. This is good news, since the review, the 89 has been the only NXWM direct route into Smethwick from Londonderry

Probably not end to end, but I imagine there is Londonderry - Sandwell Hospital, West Bromwich - Hamstead, Sandwell Hospital - Scott Arms, Hamstead - Pheasey, amongst many other possible over lapping links.

It's like the 341 (now 41) route. Very few passengers would use it end to end, and in fact TWM once branded this route highlighting the route as being New Invention to Walsall & Willenhall.

There's quite a few buses potentially no longer required following this round of changes.

WB will require an extra bus(es) for the 46 extension, but will also have some freed up by the shortening of the 127, 128 & 129.
PB will have at least two spare with the withdrawal of the 651, plus any that may be available if the 46 is returned to the original route (as it was stated at one point).
WN will have two buses spare after the X1 withdrawal.
BC will have some spare buses after the X64, 98 & 99 changes.

If WB is still facing issues with capacity, could some workings on the WB46 transfer to PB? (I know that could get very confusing).

810 is going to WB so that might cover the 46 and use one of BCs spares

Think that may refer to the 127/8/9 not going to the markets any more, Straight to Colmore Row like the 120/140.
