I thought the WF Streetlites were acquired from Mistral in 2013 rather than leased?

Rotala generally prefer to buy rather than lease. That said B9TL's / Gemini 40602-5 were leased & due to be returned off lease & were for sale, these are now been prepped for Preston & assumed to now be acquired.

20982 won't be included as that was acquired much more recently at the end of 2015.

Doesn't need to. A decker really isn't required on there at all.

Quite right, 40630 did the 301, 40631 did the 40 and now 40632 on the 226! TBH it's nice seeing DD's on Diamond routes, I'm still waiting for one to get on the 4 and 4H. 4H preferably.
