WB allocating Merc to 83/89 is usual from what I have seen since these services were introduced.

Hanging on in service at BC, 669 was on the morning peak 14/14E today.

Presidents in the 73 are ok, because the frequency is only every 30 mins. Mercs on the 83/89 seem to be ok as well, even though there's a combined frequency every 15 mins
