I saw this at the London Transport Museums depot at Acton Town a couple of years ago and thought nothing of it, then I stumbled upon a photo of it on Facebook this evening, does anyone else thing that this livery is nearly an exact replica of the TWM livery?

Was there a connection?

No, Grey-Green was owned by the Cowie Group which is now Arriva.

I think the Grey-Green livery may have been around before TWM adopted the red band livery

Grey Green came first, TWM copied the application when a couple of directors liked that livery

There's or was another company with a rip off TWM livery on I think step entry Spectras as well.

Without wishing to go off topic, but as the top picture consists of one, are any of those J - BSH Olympians still active

Yes, they were still in London when I went in may. I have no idea how many there are left in service but here is one.
