Aren't both of these expected to make a return to service though?

Ashley 4569

Back when the Pope visited Cofton Park, the 50 was 100% Scania for the day!

That's a strange one as it breaks the sequential numbering which is in favour these days.

Would have thought 4316 would have been a more likely candidate.

I did a double take when I saw it too! I guess it could just be a temporary loan.

Ashley 4566

Unless the plan is to transfer 4316 to 4326 to YW but that isnt enough to displace all of YWs Presidents so could be just temporary

I really hope not, would rather have the 436*s back than more of the older sheds!

Ashley 4566

Apart from 4314, I do agree some of the earlier 43s are abit bland

The Real 4778

Hang on.  Someone implied there are different degrees of blandness among Tridents.

I need to try and work that one out...
Don't you start.

I just think that 4333 onwards mostly, have more about them, im not sure what it is either, theyre all better than the green, blue or red plastic junk I stand by that

4355 onwards are even better, I do have a soft spot for 4340 though!

Having read a message on WMBus Yahoo Group earlier, I now think it sounds more likely BC may have gained a 50 running board as it was reported 4906 was on there today, I haven't seen it myself so am unable to confirm, just read the message, but 4326 was definitely on there yesterday.

I saw 4906. It was around 3pm in Kings Heath not in service heading towards Maypole, then 10 minutes later it was in service heading into Birmingham. Saw it again when I got into Birmingham leaving again to Druids Heath
