Possible replacement for 6988?
Don't judge me until you've walked in my size ten shoes.

6955 to 6959 have come after 6988 so doubt its a replacement for that bus it's probably due to the 45s going soon and west brom being short of buses

@Tony mentioned in the Coventry thread that the remaining Platinums and E400s, possibly some E200s and B7RLEs are likely to move imminently (and 4450 be withdrawn this week).

Quote from: Tony on 20/08/2023, 16:38:22The Trident will be off this week. One E400 is at Miller Street for engine work, the other should head to BC next week, two E400MMCs are on Blind games contract, but it's possible all 6 will be gone this week along with a couple of E200s and some B7RLEs.

Would I be correct in thinking that's the only Coventry colours bus allocated to Walsall so far?

(One to flag on the Walsall Chit Chat & Natter Facebook page, for the odd spotter on there!)

There is actually an ex Nx (?) driver surname Llewlleyn(?) on there as well.

Is he known to Tony?)
Did Walsall ever operate any Metrobuses with Coventry Blue back 2006-2009?

Thank you, I recall them at PB and YW, so it's not the first blue bus at Walsall!
