This is building up to be such an anti-climax and disappointment.

I reckon it won't even be a Passenger Carrying Vehicle.

One thing Daimler Mercedes Benz are good at is producing excellent Diesel engines, I do miss the sound of the 0405n for all its faults you couldn't knock that 12 litre engine.

@X94 the only other thing I can think of last visited pensnett ages ago...

And that's based on certain recent allocations within NX Bus...

Wright Streetlite in Crimson? But can't think why unless thought more appropriate for the 99?

@Tony  I've noticed the September fleet changes list does not mention any B7RLEs to Dundee or Platinum arrivals at Walsall during the month (I believe 6756 - 6758 arrived & entered service).

Additionally, it also lists 4878 I believe as transferring to BC in August & September, can you confirm one of these is meant to be 4881?

Thanks

Tony

That leaves Pensnett with a more rounded-looking fleet (number wise) - I've got the total at 115, unless one or both of those Mercs have gone:
823-30/64-70; 1546/1641; 2078-2111; 4190-4202/18; 4346-54/56-59; 4425-39; 6101-22.

Its a similar situation at BC, I'm presuming 4148 has gone to Wolverhampton:
801-9; 2115-52; 4156-89; 4440-49/55-74; 4610-34; 4872-84/95-4913/40-49; 5501-09; 5510-18; 6701-18. [214]

Yes it is now at WN. It was in service on the 126 yesterday (Sunday)

The two Mercs have gone. Last red Merc standing WB 1607 should finish tomorrow.
Yes very tidy batches, I wonder who's done that!

Tony

I've just delivered reserve fleet 4024 to Walsall to be used there

domino.99

I'm wondering if last nights arrival of 4437 means the return of 4218? Or if it's replacement is something else.

I expect Tony can't tell us until after it's happened - however, as the new vehicle allocator seems to have a very tidy way of doing things, and there's currently 99 Tridents shown at BC, moving 4218 back would create an allocation of exactly 100..............

4218 is staying at PN for the time being, as it cannot go back to Coventry unless they have an increase in PVR and need an extra bus it is going to be odd man out wherever it is
