That is a bit wierd as only 733, 4103. 4111, 4112 & 4115 left the West Midlands.

Not sure which bus is in Perth, but it certainly isn't 4114 which is where it should be, going back & forth between Sutton Coldfield & West Bromwich

4112 was reported as being at Volvo, Perth at 10.52am then sighted in Dundee depot at 12.50pm. It's possible it could have been seen at both locations

Cheers for the photos which are all rateable.

4112 was particularly elusive this year and went away from AG for engine repairs a few months back.

I will be going up there soon and hopefully get some pictures of these in service

It has been suggested that the 4 Presidents have been transferred to Dundee for school services, but Scottish schools have already finished for the Summer holidays. Could they be to replace the last 4 B10L's there?

There are 6 B10Ls left at Dundee.

I would suggest that the additional Presidents would be to free up Geminis for the Commonwealth Games Barry contract and then once the school routes start, they would go on them.

Yes that was the original plan, but it has since changed to Presidents. I guess it makes sense as we already operate them up here

IMO volvo do make decent engines. I read on a london forum that there tridents are taken to vehicle refurbishers on suspended tow because the cummins engine not suited to motorway conditions , many have expired before hand . One chap did say cummins engine more suited to stop start operation rather than continuous rpm on the motorway cause these engines were not designed for that purpose. In his words cummins engines used in tridents not heavy duty enough. I can't comment on these engines never had any experience with a cummins. Would like to hear from some one who knows if this is the case.

Certainly Cummins' plant at Wellingborough is contracted to perform overhauls on certain operators' powerpacks as part of their scheduled maintenance.  I spent a few weeks based there in 2012 and a variety of vehicles passed through the facility during that time.  Some arrived on suspended tow, others under their own power.  Perhaps the latter were from more local fleets.
