Out of curiosity, why wasn't the cleaning notice a generic one, rather than for individual depots,  as presumably things at the time were on a tight schedule, plus the message would have to be changed on every transfer?

Don't forget previous attempts to localise branding didn't last in the long run.

Local branding and signs much more personal,  and while I appreciate nwm as very large fleet these signs could easily be removed or replaced

Given that 4881-4 and 4887/91/92 have already moved to BC, my educated guess would be that 4886 will eventually end up there too.

how are decisions made on
A) which bus is moving
B) where a bus moves from / too ?

(going back a bit now but 2979 - 2983 AG - CV)
