Why dont Birmingham have there 41s back??
To keep their average fleet back, and maybe to not have the old buses.

Why BC stealing WN Tridents? They can have 4154 and 4155 back... Oh, wait, Wolverhampton is a dumping ground as usual...

Hang on there, A swap happens where WN gets buses 7 years newer than those it loses and you say WN is the dumping ground?

At least think before you post

You seem to have a short memory.

I think DD2 is referring to a lot of vehicles that have arrived at his local garage through the whole of this year and has quite a good memory

DavieDD2

And Tony should know, he drove quite a few of them up here!

I was not talking about Walsall Garage. Wolverhampton had batches of Spectras, B6s, and Mercs. Recently they have received a batch of 41xx Tridents. Drivers I spoken to disliked them. They often tell me Wolverhampton is a dumping ground which I would agree if I look at it objectively. People gang on me, it's very welcoming.

wait WTF!!! Why not send 4607? Keeps the batch together

I assume that will mean 4596-4607 will eventually make their way to WN BC even

Also potentially 2115-2119 & 2121 may well follow BC-WN in due course

Thus de-branding the 529

I wasn't talking about Walsall either DavieDD2's local garage is Dundee which has by far the oldest average age

WN is not the oldest average age in the West Midlands either.

Perry Barr and Bordesley are the only garages without either presidents or 41xx Tridents, and Bordesley has no buses less than 8 years old so hardley gets special treatment either

B.C Driver

All this talk of WN being a 'dumping ground' because BC gets rid of two 3 year old buses and gains one 11 year old bus. Lets not forget BC have gained 4129 and 4130, although maybe temporary.
BC still operate a number of 41xx Tridents which are often the oldest buses operating in Birmingham City Centre.
