Vehicles seen in service, but not showing on bus times

Not vehicle-specific, but for the last couple of days, while buses on the YW 2 and 3 are tracking correctly on the map, and recording journeys undertaken, they don't appear on the individual route maps. Guessing it is some kind of 'data error' with the trips not matching the timetable data?

4724 BU07 LHA tracking as 35 but on 49
