Looks like NXWM have a new website.
https://nxbus.co.uk/west-midlands
https://nxbus.co.uk/west-midlands/services-timetables/55-birmingham-chelmsley-wood
https://nxbus.co.uk/west-midlands/services-timetables/x20-birmingham-cofton-hackett

Would have thought 51 & X51 and 55 & 94 should be shown as related services as well. Like X12/X70 and X20/X21/X22.
Local Routes
94/95, 11A/11C, 28.

Surely it should say via University of Birmingham.

Local Routes: 002, 39/39A, X21, 46, 76.
Localish Routes: 18, 23, X22.

The one in the City Centre is Birmingham City University. So the name is a bit different.

From google search
"University of Birmingham (informally Birmingham University)"

I have to say I am really impressed! Really good looking website and a massive update from the old one. I also really like the interactive map function- well done NX!

Definetly like it so far.

By the way, yesterday, the Christmas timetables appear to have been put on prematurely, as I was able to download most of the timetables I needed for work, but I missed one, so I went on again tonight to get it & the links have been taken down.

I guess they'll be back up again tomorrow, but I noticed Diamond & Arriva have also put their own information on as well, with the abillity to download the flyer, that would normally go on the buses.

National Express does not have this option.

I could knock something up in my Office Suite, using copy & paste, but it would look a little crap basically, compared to the other companies.

It's just something for the works noticeboard basically.

It is really nice. One thing that is missing though is the bus names page. I'm not too certain that it's going to return...

Quite impressed, it's so much easier to find timetables for every NXWM route on the new site, the old one was hidden behind sub menus then when you got to the timetables you only got 10 routes per page, now all routes are on one single page[the Coventry site too is the same], Arriva take note how to create a useable website, as the Arriva site is an abomination.

Why are there timetables missing from the NX website. Apparently according to the NX website the 94/95 was not running Good Friday when it sees a Saturday service every year.
Today there customer service people are telling people "no buses today" once again, clearly based on missing timetables.

It is a error in the timetables feed provided to BODS, the TfWM and BusTimes websites also show 'no services today', although BusTimes is clearly tracking vehicles on the X21:
https://bustimes.org/services/x21-birmingham-woodcock-hill-via-weoley-castle/vehicles

"Customer Services" do not look after the social media accounts, this is likely outsourced to some external company, whose employees just look up the same information as bus users could themselves, also hence why most queries result in people being asked to contact customer services by phone or email.
My locals:
2 - Birmingham to Maypole | 3 - Birmingham to Yardley Wood
11A/C - Birmingham Outer Circle | 27 - Yardley Wood to Frankley
76 - Solihull to Northfield | 169 - Solihull to Kings Heath

Does anyone find it annoying, when there's a particular 'juicy' query or complaint on social media, then the social media people post(copy & paste I think personally!) to the person concerned 'Email customer services on this form' & you never hear the result of the email?

In my opinion, its a waste of time posting complaints on their Facebook page, as anyone can see they never get responded to.
But that was the whole point of me setting up my WMBU website, the idea being that bus users can raise issues and complaints, and discuss such issues amongst themselves and work towards solutions, or at least gain an understanding of why these issues are occurring.
For example, "why didn't my bus turn up?" - umm, because of staff shortages due to Covid, or perhaps a short notice diversion.
But I think the problem with social media users is that they are far too 'self-centred' - ie in that "I'm inconvenienced, what are YOU going to do about this?"
They don't really seem bothered about anybody else but themselves.
