For Anyone interested I ve done a fleet History for Perry Barr garage 1999 using my own notes and PSV circle News Sheets.

As todays buses don't interest me I find the History very interesting.

Good notes but I don't have much knowledge about Coventry services changes as I've tried to include it on my Fleet Changes.

There was some funny transfers to PB especially in the 00s.

Perry Barr was my local garage through the 90s and 00s. I've always found the allocation fascinating.

Having lost there own Mk1 metro then collecting other examples from other garages.

I've done from 1995-2004 and in the process of doing 2005.

I've tried to include a service transfers or buses being route branded if I have the information. And buses gaining Allover Advert. Just gives me something to do on spare time as modern buses don't interest me one bit.

I have PSV news sheets back to 1974 till 2012 so looking foward to going back further and doing other garages.

Although by 7/5/88 a few more transfers had occurred; 6588 WT-CR, 6589 WT-r, 6635/37 WT-CR and 2029 ended-up being written-off on 13th July 1988.

No, Not around any strike times, It was just before Walsall operated it

Cov picked up Mk2 Metrobuses 2933-36/56-60 to operate the 900 in 1995.

This is fascinating! Walsall was my home garage which included the green house store and bus works - we saw a huge amount of movement over the years and your posts are bringing the memories flooding back.

Keep your Platties, give me the "Old Guard" any day!!!!
