Anyone know why trains are still not stopping at 15.00 following a fatality, which happened on Saturday night according to

Police and Emergency services having to carry out investigations, etc, issues beyond there control, i'd guess.

why was trains going along the line if someone was hit by a train at sandwell & Dudley  & who was running the minibuses shuttle service
