Am i meant to get a Swift Card in post from NX to replace my monthly Child Pass?
I'd rather have a paper pass than Swift.

They can be bought online, yes. Direct debit passes renew automatically.

"If you have a 1 week, 4 week or Term ticket, you can renew your ticket at a local Travel Centre." Renewing these tickets can only be done at a Travel Centre, renewing online and at Payzone outlets is 'coming soon'.
