From times I have used Diamond's 4 and 301 services I have always found the drivers friendly and polite. Even those who may not go out of their way to converse with passengers I would not describe as rude. If you regularly travel on the same route and frequently see the same driver who does not have good approach to customer service that does not give the best impression of the company as a whole.

If anything I find drivers at Diamond engage more with passengers and are more courteous that those at NXWM. I do think that a significant reason for that is NXWM drivers are behind screens and Diamond's are not. Not having screens makes interaction between passenger and driver easier.
