On some, if not all the 16 bus stops in town now has a number 5 on it too.

Which operator runs (or will run) the 5?
Where does it go?

I've looked on VOSA but I can't find anything.

I've noticed this too but I just assumed it was a mistake by Centro, the stop at the markets was showing it it as going to Perry Beeches if I remember rightly.

Anyone seen this in the flesh?

Traveline has a route 5 operated by Astons loaded into it for Brum to Perry Beeches which looks rather like the 424. Timetable only valid for 22nd and 23rd of December. Looks to me like Centro have rather got their wires crossed somewhere with uploading Traveline data and then this has somehow fed into the stop database (which wouldn't surprise me with Centro), I recall seeing some of Centro's stop databases when they were moving to the current style of stops around 7 years ago and they were mammoth efforts, not surprised errors can occur. Unless Astons have registered something bonkers, but I doubt it.

Had a look at me realise time bus app this morning on me way to work, more out of curiosity than anything else, and it had the 5 listed as departing the same stop on Rocky Lane as the 424 at the same times, didn't see either of them mind
Now in exile in Oxfordshire....
