How come it is operating on Newtown Row whilst on the 110?

I'm guessing it was due to the shutting the southbound lanes of the expressway when that car/lorry fire was going on:

Pretty sure it was that, they'll normally take the same route as the 115 through aston though, if they need to avoid the Expressway...
