F8XOF and F49XOF Are Towed Away, The Last Two Buses Depart Miller St Garage

On the 27 Nov 2009 two rather sad things happened one was that Two Metrobuses were towed to Barnsley  by PVS   they were F82XOF  and  F49XOF, 

The other sad thing to happen was that the last two buses departed from the former Tram and Bus Garage the buses were M117XSR  and  M118XSR 117 is the one that you will see departing the garage we get a  short view of 118  in the yard of the former P W department   M118XSR  has the honour of being the last bus to depart the garage  when the buses departed the Garage  the garage had been sold and this then meant  that the garage had come to the end of its life as a garage for the first time in it 105 years

The garage was then to become industrial unit
