what ever happened to 4717??

4717 was an 02 plare lowlander, why was this one sold when there's still more FD02***/Y/XJF, FE51*** and PN52*** lowlanders still in service

It was never sold. the poor girl caught fire and was withdrawn and then scrapped, however, they took all the usable windows, body panels and all useable fittings to maintain the other lowlanders.

they never really sought a replacement.
