Death of Graham Martin, Warstone Motors( Green Bus Service)

Graham Martin passed away on 11/09/13. He ran the Green Bus Service from the Mid 70s till only a few years back.

Green bus used to be amazing and had some fantastic vintage buses. It really went a bit downhill last few years not sure what happened :-(((

That's sad news.  Graham Martin was very helpful to bus enthusiasts, especially in the earlier years, and he had a fascinating fleet for a long time.  He also made a great success of services that he took over in the 1970s and early 80s, such as Cannock to Penkridge, Longford Estate and Telford.  And he was one of the last bus operators to use traditional Bell Punch tickets!

RIP Graham.

Yes they did rugeley-cannock chase-Hednesford-chadsmoor-cannock-longford estate-Shareshill-Featherstone-wolverhampton.  The handful of cannock to wolves trips left make up todays select 67

Very sad to hear the news of Grahams death, i did some work for him during the winter of 2000, the leyland leapords were very different to the Neoplan Starliners i was used to but had a very happy few months working for him...RIP Graham..
