2989/0/1/2/3 CR. 2989 was the only E reg example allocated from new and 2993 was branded as TWM 1000th Metrobus

Yes they did. Generally speaking it was from the batch starting with 2611 ROX611Y up until the batch discussed in this thread that this was the case. Prior to that batches were frequently 10, 20 and sometimes more per garage. After this batch, the Lynxs and H---LOM Scanias again reverted to larger consecutive groups of fleet numbers to garages.

3116 was new to Quinton

Yea I remember walsall getting B792/793 AOC and B874/875 DOM & c887/888fon. I think c888 fon spent its entire working life at walsall

Apart from in 1985 Coventry received 20 mk2s to replace old east lancs fleetlines gwk-l/pdu-m I think

I always thought 3116 was new to Cleveland Road
Until I saw a photo of her new to Quinton which did surprise me alongside 3057
I believe they was replaced when Leyland Lynxs came new in 1990.
