Wouldn't it be worth having a direct 99 between halesowen and brum. Maybe there could be a 99x which goes to tesco then follows the 24 route and then a normal 99 than goes by welsh house farm, alter to every 15mins

Why not catch the 141, if you want a more direct route between Halesowen and Birmingham?  ???
My locals:
2 - Birmingham to Maypole | 3 - Birmingham to Yardley Wood
11A/C - Birmingham Outer Circle | 27 - Yardley Wood to Frankley
76 - Solihull to Northfield | 169 - Solihull to Kings Heath

And I think NX should take that (excuse cheesy pun) on board... I'd like a Harborne to Halesowen link, via Court Oak Road, Quinton Tesco, etc... - Maybe not to Halesowen, but say a Dudley to Harborne service? (Possibly operated by PN??)

That would actually be quite good, the 204?
