The oldest Bus Garage/Depot in Birmingham (Still Standing)  and that award goes to The Birmingham General Omnibus Depot  in Taunton Road known today as Abdullah  and Sons,

If  you exclude  the trams   likes of Witton Tram Depot, originally a steam tram depot that  was built in 1882.
Silver Street (Kings Heath) steam tram depot  (now International Stock) was built 1887.
The Farmfoods shop at Coventry Rd/Yardley Rd junction  (formerly Staples, and earlier a car showroom) was also a steam tram  and much later  a trolley depot, depot from the same era.  so that rules out Miller Street and the like as they were built in the early 1900,s

The Birmingham General Omnibus Depot  in Taunton Road was of course an early Midland Red (BMMO)  garage this was built in about 1898?  unless of course you know different?
